Stressed to the max? You can STILL lose weight.

The next story in our Motivational Monday Series is the tale of Carole Branning from Pleasant Mount, Pa.

As a coffee shop owner, Carole’s around food all the time. And stress? She’s got a whole mess of it.

Running her own business? Yup.

Going through a divorce? Yup.

Child leaving for college? Yup. She’s got that, too.

Not the ideal time to try to take the weight off.

Stress keeps a lot of our customers from reaching the weight they want. Had a bad day at work? That giant plate of pasta looks good. Kids giving you trouble? Bury yourself in a bowl of ice cream.

But Carole decided it was time to wade back into the dating pool. So the extra 20 pounds that had crept up on her over the years HAD to come off.

She tried on her own, but the weight wouldn’t budge. No matter how hard she tried.
