How to ease digestive discomfort (in just a few days)

In his Art of War, Sun Tzu talks about poisoning the enemy’s water supply.

Not to kill enemy soldiers.

But to make sure they’re sick and have “loose bowels” on the day of battle.

Because even the bravest, most ferocious, and most highly trained soldiers in the world are sitting ducks if they have diarrhea — or other forms of digestive discomfort.

If you’ve ever suffered from traveler’s diarrhea, then you know what Sun Tzu was talking about. Not only can it put you out of action for days, but it can also ruin your business trip or family vacation and rob you of your dignity.

Even other, “milder”, forms of digestive discomfort — like gas, bloating, stomach cramps, or constipation — they can cause a lot of embarrassment not to mention physical pain.

It’s no laughing matter at all.

For this reason, when I set out to create my RightBiotics Rx supplement, I wanted to make sure that it contained specific strains of probiotics that have been clinically proven to both relieve and prevent all forms of digestive discomfort — by restoring your gut to tip-top condition.

That way, you can get back into the game, whatever your “game” is, and kick ass.

Here are some of the specific strains I selected:

  • Saccharomyces boulardii (Gnosis) — there are at least two studies that demonstrate how this strain helps prevent both antibiotic-associated diarrhea and traveler’s diarrhea.
  • Lactobacillus helveticus (Lafti L10) — this strain has been proven to promote digestive comfort, by increasing the levels of friendly bacteria in your gut; it’s also been shown to reduce diarrhea, constipation, bloating, and stomach cramps, within just a week.

A quick note on that last point:

Many people — perhaps you too — have suffered with gas, bloating, stomach cramps, constipation, or even repeated episodes of diarrhea for most of their adult life.

And most of them will never discover that relief could be just a few days away, if only they supplement their diet with the right probiotics and bring their microbiome back into balance.

Remember, though: as we spoke about yesterday, you only get this relief and protection if you get the right strains of probiotics.

For example, there are many probiotic supplements out there that contain the bacteria Lactobacillus helveticus. But because they contain a different strain, rather than Lafti L10, they are NOT clinically proven to reduce diarrhea, constipation, bloating, or stomach cramps. So, in effect, these supplements are just a placebo. The research is quite clear about this.

That’s why I created my own supplement — RightBiotics Rx.

In case you missed my email yesterday, we’ve just opened the doors on a special promotion for RightBiotics Rx. If you order a 30-day trial (or even a three-month or six-month supply) before midnight this Sunday, you could win an entire year’s supply on the house.

We’re going to draw five lucky winners from a hat on Monday morning.

But you need to get your order in before midnight on Sunday.

Here’s where you can do that:

To your health!

Dr. Steve

P.S. Do you travel regularly?

If so, then I’d like to share a message with you that we received from a customer of ours named Jayme Moye from Boulder, Colorado.

Jayme is an adventure travel writer. Her family’s livelihood depends on her being able to travel to faraway countries, sometimes in challenging conditions, and show up for work fighting fit. She simply can’t afford to fall down with diarrhea every time her body is exposed to new bacteria.

Here’s what she told us:

“I was so happy to find out about this product from a friend. This is the first probiotic I’ve found that meets all my requirements. I’m an adventure travel writer and visit many remote places, often in the developing world, and need something that doesn’t require refrigeration.”

Jayme also experienced some beneficial “side effects”:

“I also wanted something pharmaceutical grade, with clinical evidence behind it. And something that didn’t cause stomach aches. The RealDose Nutrition probiotic [RightBiotics Rx] passed with flying colors. And here’s something interesting: Since starting this probiotic, I’ve noticed that I have fewer food cravings, and haven’t been as hungry — I think these probiotics are making a big difference in how efficiently my digestive system is operating.”

If you’re interested in putting RightBiotics Rx to the test in your own life, then I recommend you click the link below and put in your order NOW, rather than later.

And here’s why:

The deadline for the prize draw — where we’re giving away a year’s supply of RightBiotics Rx, on the house, to five lucky winners — ends on Sunday at midnight.

However, as of right now, we only have 1,100 boxes of RightBiotics available for new customers. And there’s a fair chance we might run out before the deadline on Sunday.

So, I urge you to get your order in ASAP:

Hi, I'm Dr. Steve Sisskind, Chief Medical Officer & Founder at RealDose Nutrition.

As a young physician, I struggled because my patients came to me with serious health issues, but I didn't have the right tools to help them. Medical school taught me how to put "band aids" on their symptoms with drugs and surgery, but not how to address the root causes of their problems.

Years later I discovered a better approach... based on the fundamental idea that the power of nutrition can transform your health and vitality. But there's a lot of confusion... What foods should I eat? Which supplements should I take? What does the science say?

I have dedicated my life to answering these questions... And I share this knowledge with you every day here at RealDose Nutrition.
